Amparo Iglesias Gordillo is the founder and CEO of Neurohain — a Software, Data & AI Engineer who has spent her career turning complex technology into systems that actually work for the people using them. She speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently — and is deep in the process of learning German as her fourth language — which means she doesn't just understand the businesses she works with, she understands the cultures, the markets and the people behind them.
During nearly a decade working in financial institutions, public agencies and large corporations, she observed from the inside how big organizations used technology to operate more efficiently, serve their clients better and free their teams from repetitive work.
Along the way, she noticed something she couldn't ignore: the tools and systems that made those organizations powerful were almost never accessible to small businesses. Not because small business owners lacked ambition or talent — but because building those systems required resources, technical teams and access to expertise that most small businesses simply didn't have.
That is why she built Neurohain.
Because a veterinary clinic deserves the same kind of intelligent, automated systems that a large hospital chain uses. Because an architecture studio should be able to document its work and serve its clients as professionally as a large firm — without needing a massive back-office. Because a five-person consulting firm should be able to compete with one of fifty, when the right systems are in place.

Während fast eines Jahrzehnts in Finanzinstituten, öffentlichen Behörden und großen Unternehmen beobachtete sie von innen, wie große Organisationen Technologie einsetzen, um effizienter zu arbeiten, ihre Kunden besser zu bedienen und ihre Teams von Routineaufgaben zu entlasten.
Dabei fiel ihr etwas auf, das sie nicht ignorieren konnte: Die Werkzeuge und Systeme, die diese Organisationen so leistungsfähig machten, waren für kleine Unternehmen fast nie zugänglich. Nicht weil Inhabern kleiner Unternehmen Ehrgeiz oder Talent fehlte — sondern weil der Aufbau dieser Systeme Ressourcen, technische Teams und Fachwissen erforderte, das die meisten kleinen Unternehmen schlicht nicht hatten.
Deshalb gründete sie Neurohain.
Weil eine Tierarztpraxis dieselben intelligenten, automatisierten Systeme verdient, die eine große Klinikkette nutzt. Weil ein Architekturbüro seine Arbeit genauso professionell dokumentieren und seine Kunden genauso gut betreuen sollte wie ein großes Büro — ohne ein riesiges Back-Office zu benötigen. Weil ein Beratungsunternehmen mit fünf Mitarbeitern mit einem von fünfzig konkurrieren kann, wenn die richtigen Systeme vorhanden sind.
