Amparo Iglesias Gordillo
Amparo Iglesias Gordillo is the founder and CEO of Neurohain — a Software, Data & AI Engineer who has spent her career turning complex technology into systems that actually work for the people using them.
Neurohain is a one-person company: Amparo herself. She carries out every audit and every implementation personally, and you deal with her directly from the first call.
She speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English and German (B1) — which means she doesn't just understand the businesses she works with, she understands the cultures, the markets and the people behind them.

In more than ten years of software and data engineering in banking, the public sector and IT consulting, she observed from the inside how big organizations used technology to operate more efficiently, serve their clients better and free their teams from repetitive work.

Along the way, she noticed something she couldn't ignore: the tools and systems that made those organizations powerful were almost never accessible to small businesses. Not because small business owners lacked ambition or talent — but because building those systems required resources, technical teams and access to expertise that most small businesses simply didn't have.
