Amparo Iglesias Gordillo is the founder and CEO of Neurohain — a Software, Data & AI Engineer who has spent her career turning complex technology into systems that actually work for the people using them. She speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently — and is deep in the process of learning German as her fourth language — which means she doesn't just understand the businesses she works with, she understands the cultures, the markets and the people behind them.

During nearly a decade working in financial institutions, public agencies and large corporations, she observed from the inside how big organizations used technology to operate more efficiently, serve their clients better and free their teams from repetitive work.

Along the way, she noticed something she couldn't ignore: the tools and systems that made those organizations powerful were almost never accessible to small businesses. Not because small business owners lacked ambition or talent — but because building those systems required resources, technical teams and access to expertise that most small businesses simply didn't have.

That is why she built Neurohain.

Because a veterinary clinic deserves the same kind of intelligent, automated systems that a large hospital chain uses. Because an architecture studio should be able to document its work and serve its clients as professionally as a large firm — without needing a massive back-office. Because a five-person consulting firm should be able to compete with one of fifty, when the right systems are in place.

Neurohain exists to close that gap — to bring real AI implementation to the businesses that need it most, in a way that is practical, accessible and built around how they actually work.
